SCREAMOUS
Screamous
by Paul Bostaph
Screamous is perhaps the best example in the collection of the new dimension that appears when rhythm is captured. The movement of Bostaph, told through light, opens the doors to imagery that is unexplainable, like the ghost-like face seen to canvas’ right side. This menacing, rhythmic image was captured during a session where Paul was drummed the song “213” from Slayer’s Divine Intervention record. Within the work’s visual exploration is a color palette of bronze, orange, green, and yellow.
Measuring 18"x 30" on canvas, there are a total of 50 available Screamous pieces in the edition. All are numbered and individually signed by Paul Bostaph and SceneFour. Each ships with Certificate of Authenticity by SceneFour.

CALL TO ARMS
Call To Arms
by Paul Bostaph
An exploration of rhythm, captured from the side of Bostaph’s drum kit, Call to Arms is a visual declaration of force, power, and movement. Here, viewers get a glimpse of Paul’s cadenced movements as he performs Testament’s song, “More Than Meets The Eye” from the record Formation of Damnation. Upon study, movement that initially appears abstract transforms into figures and shapes that unveil themselves and come to life. Within the canvas’ dark atmosphere, Bostaph’s work showcases reds, burnt amber, and blue in the canvas’ visual.

Bigmad
by Paul Bostaph
A study of the Bostaph’s use of the snare and his remarkable precision, Bigmad is an almost statuesque visual.
